Intimidated by the thought of meditating? Some of us need to be with others in a space being held and guided by a teacher. Dancers Shape offers guided meditation every Sunday afternoon at 5:20! It is a 30 minute donation class (pay what you can, cash), and all donations are currently going to _acgc_ ! This organization is dedicated to children's mental health <3 .
