We're doing something a little different for our New Year Challenge and we hope you love it. In order to look & feel your best you need to implement lifestyle changes like consistent exercise and eating right. We're here to help you kickstart that lifestyle with a two month challenge that will go from 1/1/15-3/1/15. We challenge you to take 32 classes in this time and we're also partnering with nutritionist Chelsea Blackbird for optimum results!
Sign up for the challenge by 1/10/14 by calling (512) 382-9150, emailing or stopping by the front desk. Join us for our kick off party on 1/10/14 from 8am-1:30pm to take a class, set goals, mingle, enjoy snacks from Kind & sips from Vita Coco, shop a Fitfit trunk show and meet Chelsea. At 1 pm Chelsea will speak in more detail about how she has changed her and her family's life with her nutritional approach and how you can implement these changes for yourself.
