No experience needed! You don't have to be a dancer to get all the benefits (increased strength & flexibility, injury prevention, great music) of dance in our classes. Our methods are based in ballet technique but accessible to all and modified for all ages & stages of life.

Most men will tell you their first choice of workout is not barre because of the notion that barre class is a ballet-type workout designed for women. However, anyone and everyone can take advantage of the low impact, full body workout that not only builds strength but prevents injury! Tag someone who you think should check out a barre class!

Though all of our classes are based on a central foundation of pilates & barre technique, no two classes are exactly the same. Our instructors are extensively trained in DS methodology and learn to put together creative, distinctive classes from a large library of exercises and moves. Not only do classes vary, but our approach is unique to DS and not taught anywhere else. Check out the "about" tab on our website to learn about how our owner, @jenmccamish created the DS technique!

Move between the fitness circle, therabands, and spinning to burn calories while sculpting your tightest arms, back, outer hips, and legs in just 45 minutes. . And did you hear?!? Join us for Bikini Sculpt tonight at 7! Work those areas that you want a little more "lifting" or "tightening" in this 45 min amped up class. . Offered every Wednesday 9:30am, Thursday 7pm, & Saturday 10:30am.

Have you tried Groove & Glutes yet?!? Catch it before the summer ends! . Wear your tennis shoes and follow along with our fund cardio dance class! No previous dance experience required. . And don't forget about our "Groove Music Video Dance Series" that starts this Saturday with a dance inspired by Britney Spears' "Slave 4 You" music video.

Lift & Tone was created to improve muscle mass and bone density while still working the small stabilizers for injury prevention. This class is a great fusion of the classes offered at the studio and gets it done in only 45 min. . Find this class every Monday at 9:30 am & Wednesday at 5:45 pm.

Have you tried “The Split” yet?? It’s 1/2 barre and 1/2 spin. You will strengthen those stabilizing muscles and find a strong burn before blasting calories on the bike. . . You have 2 chances every week to catch this class with @laura_r_merkel Monday’s 4:15pm Thursday’s 5:45pm . Book your spot now!
