A low impact warm-up begins the hour. Then light weights, the ballet barre, and other small accessories are incorporated into choreography to work the core, joint stabilizers, and every major muscle group to the point of fatigue. This is the most efficient way to break through training thresholds and develop strength and muscle definition. A thorough stretch sequence follows the workout to prevent injuries, improve blood flow, increase flexibility, and decrease soreness and stress.
