New Saturday Class: Core/Cardio
Core/Cardio at 12 noon!
This one hour dynamic class will offer the perfect balance of core exercises and cardio movement. Pilates based exercises will be tweaked on and off the mat with small props, and calories will be blasted with intense cardio while using gliding discs and therabands. Balance challenges and interval training will hit all body parts for a well rounded workout. Come try it out Saturdays at 12 noon!
