The foundation for Dancers Shape is set in the science of the body and the time tested techniques of Pilates, dance, and barre exercise. Choreographed with customized music, the workouts are fun, creative, challenging, and safe - an approach unique to Austin. Our instructors are able to modify the technique to assist clients of either gender and at all age and physical levels to achieve maximum results in a time efficient manner.
The Dancers Shape program includes all the forms of exercise that dancers use to maintain their shape and fitness. Aspects of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and traditional fitness training (all core based philosophies with a focus on breath) are incorporated within the Principles of Overload and Interval Training. It is the conditioning you need in a creative atmosphere with a dose of rehab for that extra measure.
