Power is a cardio infused athletic class that will blast calories, increase metabolism, tone the entire physique and improve overall fitness level. This one hour high energy class is for those who crave a higher cardio burn without the harsh impact of running and jumping on outdoor surfaces. Designed to intensely challenge the cardiovascular and strength systems, this class combines a variety of movements and props. Resistance bands, gliders, balanced postures, and kick boxing are all part of Power. The Dancers Shape stretch series follows to maintain joint and muscle flexibility. This class is performed on the studio’s sprung floor which helps lessen the impact on the spine and joints.
