Toussaint Biondi, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist specializing in Pilates-based rehabilitation in Central Austin. Dr. Biondi received her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University. She is a Stott Pilates certified instructor.
Dr. Biondi’s passion for helping people move more and move better, stemmed from her extensive dance background. While studying ballet and contemporary dance at the North Carolina School of the Arts, she was first introduced to the Pilates Method for dance conditioning as a tool for maximizing trunk strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control. As she pursued summer study at the Joffrey and Boston Ballet schools, her love of Pilates for injury prevention and rehabilitation continued to grow.
