1. Hydrate

Having a cup of warm lemon water in the morning will help pull out the toxins from the night before. If you don't have this concoction then just get lots of water in your system. Coconut water is great option as well to replace electrolytes that have been lost.

2. Replenish

Make a green smoothie to start your day. Add lots of hydrating fruits and greens. Don't forget to add your Great Lakes collagen for an extra healing and restorative ingredient and keep plenty of healthy fats as well. Healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados, olive oil keep your bile thin so that your body may carry out toxins easier.

3. Sweat

Get to a cardio, or any fitness class, and just move so you can sweat the toxins out from the night before. I know this is the last thing you want to do but it's the best way to reset the damage and feel better.
